Certified Speech-Language Pathologist
Kristen Sedig, M.A., CCC-SLP, is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist with extensive experience in treating articulation, speech sound disorders, language, and literacy challenges. With a passion for helping children and adults of all ages build strong communication skills, she has worked in diverse settings, including private schools, outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, and virtual therapy sessions.
Kristen is known for her energetic, compassionate, and engaging approach to therapy. She integrates evidence-based techniques mixed with her own experience and rapport building to create personalized and effective treatment plans.
She is actively licensed in Florida and California and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University with a minor in Family and Child Sciences, as well as a Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida. Kristen has specialized training in Lively Letters, Lindamood Bell LiPS, and Seeing Stars, all of which enhance phonemic awareness and foundational reading abilities. She is also certified in VitalStim, a non-invasive therapy designed to support swallowing function.
